Lady Finger For Diabetes

Take two pieces of ladies finger cut both ends of each piece. Also put a small cut in the middle. Put these two pieces in a glass of water. Cover the glass & keep it at room temperature during the night. Early morning, before breakfast, remove these two pieces of ladies finger from the  glass & simply drink this water.
